SweetFire is a creative woman- and queer- owned collaboration between two performers and professionals. We operate as both producers and artistic provocateurs.
We create public performance events, private engagements, and immersive burlesque shows that honor artistry, consent, and audience experience. Each event is unique.
Acacia Learned
Acacia brings over three decades of dance and performance experience, spanning ballet, burlesque, and contemporary movement. An active performer, producer, and instructor, she is known for blending technical precision with expressive storytelling. Beyond the stage, Acacia owns Thorn Tree Designs, a handcrafted jewelry business, and has vast experience working festivals and independent creative markets. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English, grounding her work in strong narrative and sophistication. Acacia is SweetFire’s marketing expert, producing and overseeing all digital content, brand presence, and audience engagement across platforms. She pairs her artistic practice with a career in digital marketing—working public, private, and freelance projects. Where vision meets execution and story becomes experience, Acacia is the force that brings SweetFire to life.
Felicia Risick
Felicia brings over twenty-five years of executive leadership alongside a Master’s degree in clinical psychology. This background in psychology provides a deep understanding of human behavior, emotional complexity, and the interplay between shadow and expression. Her career arc has included organizational leadership, interpersonal dynamics, and conflict navigation within high-pressure environments, allowing her to create systems that support both creative freedom and operational excellence. From the boardroom to the burlesque stage, Felicia bridges structure and subversion, ensuring SweetFire is both boldly creative and expertly run. Felicia is also co-owner of the Church of Aurora, a private and semi-public cultural space that functions as both a venue and living museum, featuring art and performance from around the world. From strategy to the stage, Felicia is the architect that merges the psychology, leadership, and art that is SweetFire.
